Eligibility Criteria
- California residency: you must be a resident of California.
- Challenged credit: the program is specifically designed for individuals with credit challenges.
- Proof of financial responsibility: showing that you have managed your bills responsibly will be beneficial.
Applying for the Program
- 1. Talk to our team about the Help Me With My Down Payment assistance program.
- 2. Work with your Program Advisor to determine what you need to secure the down payment assistance and a Case Approval Letter.
- 3. If approved, submit the required documents to [email protected]:
W2 employees: 2 most recent pay stubs & driver's license.
Self-employed: 3 months bank statements (PDF) & driver's license. - 4. If approved, the down payment assistance funds will fund the whole down payment excluding the state taxes and DMV fees associated with the purchase of the approved vehicle.
